Rhodes Trust Events App

Whether you are attending in person or online, download the Rhodes Trust Events app to enhance your attendance of the Rhodes Forum on Technology & Society.

 

You can also access the online forum platform from a web browser - this is usually the preferred method for online attendees.

 

You will be able to see the full participants and speakers list, view the handbook and access the live streams when the event starts.

The app will also be the primary way for all attendees to ask questions during the sessions. Please follow the steps below to set up the app and email conferences@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk if you have any questions.

Logging In

Once you have opened the app, please log in with the email you registered for the event with. If you see the following message “You do not have access to this application. If you believe this to be a mistake, please contact your representative” please double check the email address you used to register for the Forum. This can be found in your confirmation email.

Login with the same email address you have used to register. If you have attended a previous Rhodes Trust event on this platform, use your existing password (If you have forgotten this, you can press 'reset password'). Otherwise you will be asked to set a password on your first login.
