When you attend an event, your likeness may be captured by, or on behalf of the Rhodes Trust. This may be as an individual or in a group, in a still, or digital photograph or video, and by other means. This may then be used across our programs, social media and applications, on print literature, in promotional materials and presentations. If you do not consent to your likeness being captured in this way, please speak to the event organiser in advance of the event to make this known. Attendees may only take photographs and videos at our events where: (a) they are intended for personal and private use; and (b) if they focus on other individuals, those individuals have given their explicit consent to be filmed or photographed; and (c) you agree to comply with all reasonable instructions given by the Rhodes Trust in relation to the creation and/or dissemination of those photographs and/or videos.
