You may have recently seen communications introducing Mentor Connect (MC), the new mentoring platform launched in partnership between the Rhodes Trust, Atlantic Insitute and Rise. We now invite you to join one of two virtual calls to learn more about the platform and how you can take part.

Both sessions will cover the same content. Please register for the time that works best for you.

 

Introducing Mentor Connect

MC brings together mentors and mentees from across Rhodes', Atlantic Insitute's and Rise's global networks to encourage the sharing of expertise, insight and experience. By convening these communities on a single platform, we hope to foster richer cross-network learning and collaboration.

MC uses intelligent matching technology designed to enable purposeful, meaningful connections, making it even easier for members seeking career guidance and opportunities to broaden their professional networks with mentors who are keen to share their experience and expertise.

Both mentors and mentees can take part in:

  • Self-driven one-on-one mentoring sessions
  • Structured mentoring programmes
  • Speed mentoring sessions

The Mentor Connect community aims to encourage depth, accessibility and genuine exchange when navigating the mentoring world.

 

What to Expect on the Call

Each launch session will include:

  • Candid reflections from speakers across the Rhodes, Atlantic Institute and Rise communities, sharing how mentorship has shaped their journeys

  • A live, practical walkthrough of the MC platform, demonstrating how to build your profile, discover meaningful matches and begin mentoring

  • An open Q&A, offering space for dialogue, curiosity and collective insight

Whether you are an experienced mentor, a mentee seeking guidance, or someone curious about how to engage, this session will provide the clarity and inspiration to get started.
