Through reflective exercises and peer discussions, you'll explore the deeper layers of what defines you professionally, your skills, values, perspective and purpose, beyond job titles. You’ll craft a professional identity statement, understand how others may currently perceive you, and identify actionable steps to align your reputation with the impact you want to make. The session blends individual reflection with collaborative exploration, offering a renewed sense of direction as you build an intentional and authentic professional identity.
