Join us to celebrate Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican holiday that honours and celebrates the lives and memories of loved ones who have passed away
Día de los Muertos is a lively and colorful celebration of remembrance, family, and the enduring connection between the living and the dead. Come learn more about the holiday and its traditions while enjoying Mexican food, traditional mariachi music, and celebrating Mexican culture together.
A central tradition is the ofrenda, or altar, where families place photographs and meaningful objects in memory of loved ones. Scholars are invited to bring a photo or object to contribute to the altar that will be set up in the Glass Pavilion.
